The
P-Code DIPUM
Toolbox consists of functions that are
pre-compiled and distributed in P-code format. As a result, the P-Code Toolbox
files are fully functional, but the original code cannot be seen or
modified, and on-line help is not available.
Because all the DIPUM Toolbox functions are documented in the book
Digital Image Processing Using MATLAB, the free version of the Toolbox
typically is downloaded as a convenience by users of the book.
The first edition of Digital Image Processing Using MATLAB is out
of print. However, you can still purchase a single user license for the
P-Code Toolbox plus all the book supporting materials (images and
projects) for $11.95 USD by clicking

The Registered DIPUM Toolbox contains the complete M-file source code for all
the functions in the book. A
single-user registration fee of $30 USD is used to help defray the expenses
of maintaining the Toolbox and running and maintaining the book web site, including all the download and
traffic costs. Site licenses are available also.
The first edition of Digital Image Processing Using MATLAB is out of
print. However, Version 2 of the Toolbox contains essentially all the
functions from V1 and has many additional functions. It is to your advantage
