All downloadable files in this site are compressed in zip format.
Clicking on a downloadable file name will cause your browser to start the
download procedure. Once the file is in your computer, it needs to be
unzipped (Tucows
is an excellent site for zip/unzip and similar utilities). Once
decompressed, you will note that images are in .jpg, .tif, or .gif format, and
are readable by most image display and processing programs. Text files are
in PDF format. Reading these files requires Acrobat Reader 4 or higher.
Acrobat Reader can be obtained free from
Adobe.
