To obtain the Student's Manual containing solutions to problems marked with
a star in the book, please complete steps A and B.
If you don't have the third edition
book, please don't waste your time and ours applying for the manual for that
book--your
application will not be processed.
A. Include items 1-6 below in an email message to:
studentsolutions~at~imageprocessingplace.com
(type @ in place of ~at~ when sending mail)
IMPORTANT: The subject line in your mail
must read exactly like this: REQUEST FOR DIP3E STUDENT SOLUTIONS
You can copy and paste the following topics onto most mail programs.
All items are required. Incomplete forms are not processed:
1. The 10-digit serial number of your DIP/3e book, found in the upper left
of the back cover. If your book has no serial number, type: "My book has no
serial number."
2. The 13-digit ISBN number located in the bottom right of the back cover.
The number starts with 978. Do not included dashes or spaces.
3. The country where you are located.
4. Your email address (the download password will be mailed to this address).
5. Your occupation.
6. Your university or other place of work.
7. What's the book used for?.
8. How did you obtain the the book (e.g., campus bookstore, Amazon, etc.).
B. The subject line in your message must read: REQUEST FOR
DIP3E STUDENT SOLUTIONS.
Messages are processed automatically based on the subject line. If this line
is incorrect, the messages are set aside for manual processing, causing
significant delays in replies.
C. Regarding the time required to process an application
If all items in the application are filled out according to the preceding
instructions, it takes typically one to two days to process the application and send
you an
email with details on how to download the manual.
