DIP4E and DIP4E Global Faculty Support Package

Most of the main support materials for the 4th edition of the book are contained in the DIP4E Faculty Support Package, which contains:

• Instructor's Manual with solutions to all the homework problems in the book as well as guidelines for using the book in a variety of undergraduate and graduate curricula.

• Instructor's MATLAB Project Solutions Manual containing detailed solutions to all projects in the book (not available in the Global edition).

• The DIP4E MATLAB Project Functions Toolbox (not available in the Global edition).

• An image database containing most of the original images in the book.

• Power Point slides of all the art in the book.

DIP3E Materials

The principal support materials for the 3rd edition are:

• Instructor's Manual containing with Solutions to all the homework problems in the book, and guidelines for using the book in a variety of graduate and undergraduate curricula. Apply here for the manual.

DIPUM2E Materials

The support materials for the 2nd edition of Digital Image Processing Using MATLAB are contained in the DIPUM2E Support Package, which consists of:

• The P-code DIPUM Toolbox 2, a set of nearly 120 new MATLAB functions developed in the book (more details).

• All the original images in the book.

• A set of sample projects.

• A set of PowerPoint slides for classroom presentations.

Overview Materials

The Instructor Manuals contain teaching guidelines and solutions to all problems in the book. The manuals are available only to instructors who have adopted the book for classroom use.  Submit an application for a manual.

[Evaluation copies of the manuals can be downloaded by anyone. The evaluations are identical to the full manuals, except that they contain answers to only a few problems.]

PowerPoint  presentation slides containing all the art (tables, graphs, and images) in the book is provided for each book to help instructors prepare their classroom materials.

Only the art is included. Instructors generally add their own supplementary material (equations, etc.).
